A support assistant with a name and a real mailbox.
Write to a named assistant for research, a clearer explanation or a draft response. Your connected email provider stores the conversation while AutoEmail routes the eligible request and delivers the bot’s reply.
Give each assistant a clear role
Use Alex for product questions, Maya for documentation or another bot for drafting. Growth supports up to five bots and Scale twenty. Select the verified account for each assistant and keep its scoped key with the authorized external agent.
Keep customer routing deliberate
The gateway automatically routes only known threads from authorized human senders. New external support email needs explicit routing. It does not turn every incoming customer message into an automatic AI exchange.
Generated mail, automatic responses, newsletters and bounces are ignored. Rate and conversation limits help prevent repeated replies; pause the bot when you need to review its activity.
Review outcomes and delivery
Check the answer against the original request and your support policies. If delivery is uncertain, inspect the provider and use the reconciliation check. AutoEmail does not automatically resend uncertain messages.
Ticket ownership, service-level tracking and customer commitments remain part of your existing support process.
Frequently asked questions
Will every incoming email trigger the bot?
No. Automatic routing requires a known thread and an authorized human sender. By default the registered workspace owner and the connected mailbox address are allowed. Generated bot mail, automatic replies, newsletters and bounces are ignored. New external mail requires explicit routing. Open Email connections, choose Browse inbox, read a message and use Send to bot to authorize just that message.
What if delivery is uncertain?
AutoEmail shows Delivery needs review and does not automatically resend. Inspect the provider mailbox and use Check provider delivery to reconcile the message reference. That check never sends the email again. Fix the connection and review the result before resuming a paused bot.
