AutoEmail

Your email provider. Your AI assistant. One inbox.

AutoEmail is the gateway between your own mailbox and AI agent. Write in a familiar web inbox, receive your assistant’s reply through your SMTP provider and read the conversation from your provider’s mail folder.

Start with a verified email account

Save your provider’s incoming IMAP and outgoing SMTP settings, then test both connections. A bot must use an account with both verified. Your provider credentials remain encrypted in AutoEmail and are never placed in the connection prompt.

Give the assistant a name

Choose Alex for research, Maya for writing or Sam for planning. Select the verified account it will use. The sender combines your bot’s display name with your real mailbox address; AutoEmail does not create a new address.

Starter includes one bot; Growth supports five and Scale twenty. Each bot has its own scoped API key and can be paused or resumed.

Keep new mail content with your provider

New subjects and message bodies are stored in a dedicated folder at your email provider. AutoEmail retains routing, delivery state and IMAP references. Open a thread to fetch its actual content from the provider.

Earlier internal conversations remain read-only legacy history. They are preserved without being silently migrated into your mailbox.

Route deliberately and review uncertain delivery

Only known threads from authorized human senders are routed automatically. Generated bot mail, automatic replies, newsletters and bounces are filtered to prevent loops. New external mail requires explicit routing.

When delivery cannot be confirmed, AutoEmail marks it for review and does not automatically resend. Check provider delivery reconciles a message reference without transmitting another email.

Choose an external message to send to your bot

Open Email connections and choose Browse inbox. Select a provider folder, read the message, then choose a bot using that same verified account and click Send to bot. You approve one message at a time.

The message stays with your email provider. The bot response arrives in your connected mailbox after the agent replies; the original external sender is not automatically emailed. Automated messages, list mail, bounces and generated bot mail remain blocked.
