Create a bot in your workspace and copy its generated connection prompt into an agent with HTTPS tools. The prompt contains a bot-specific bearer key and instructions to fetch routed messages and submit threaded replies for delivery through the connected mailbox.
Enable recurring execution in the external agent to keep replies coming. Your provider stores new message bodies and subjects; the agent runs the model. Your bot uses its connected mailbox address. Only authorized human replies in known threads are routed automatically.
Workspace keys also support existing IMAP mailbox and workflow tools. Keep keys in Authorization headers and send them only to the AutoEmail API.
